Persons responsible for specific security-related tasks on board a ship.

PREREQUISITES

Hold a seafarer’s medical certificate stating the seaworthiness of less than 12 months.

OBJECTIVES

Be able to:
– Contribute to strengthening marine security through increased awareness
– Conduct vessel inspections
– Proper use of safety equipment and systems

10 hours/ 1.5 days

The training certificates are dematerialized, and accessible directly on your sailor portal as soon as the successful follow-up of the training.
These certificates have a validity of 12 months, period allowing you, via the appropriate CERFA, to renew your certificates with Maritime Affairs.
