AUDIENCE CONCERNED

Radiocommunication operator on board a vessel operated under the GMDSS in all ocean areas, who has lost his prerogatives.

PREREQUISITES

Hold a seafarer’s medical certificate stating the seaworthiness of less than 12 months.

OBJECTIVES

Acquisition of skills necessary for the safe and efficient operation of ship stations and emergency radio equipment of lifeboats.

2 hours of theory and 6 hours of practice
