SECOND CAPTAIN
MARSEILLE FRET is recruiting for the shipping companies Marfret and Ferryfret, renowned for their human-scale structures and their respective expertise in container and ro-ro transport.
Several on-board positions are available.
Vessel: 1700/2200/2296 TEU container ship and/or Ro-Ro under RIF flag
Availability: Immediate
Embarkation period: variable
Social security system: ENIM, 15th category
Navigation area: International, long-distance navigation
Profile sought :
– French nationality,
– Brevet Second Capitaine or equivalent diploma A-II/2 recognised by
the French administration,
– Fluency in English for on-board operations
Experience required:
– Preferably experience on a container ship and/or ro-ro vessel
– At least 1 year’s experience as 2nd Captain, including 6 months at
on board a vessel of the same type
