BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Reporting to the Deputy Project Manager, you will play an active role in the group’s business development and in structuring its activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Business development and management
Helping to identify and develop new business opportunities for TSM
Identifying new opportunities in the offshore and maritime markets
Monitoring the competition to anticipate market developments
Responding to tenders
Taking part in the negotiation and monitoring of contracts, particularly for the CTV business
Supporting project managers during the negotiation and contract execution phases
Performance monitoring
Ensuring the administrative and financial monitoring of services (invoicing, reporting)
Develop and monitor sales performance indicators
Communication & representation
Develop external communications and help manage the company’s website
Organise and represent TSM at trade fairs and events
Develop and maintain customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty
Support for strategic development
Ensuring that operational resources are aligned with market needs
Proposing marketing and sales tools tailored to business growth
The role:
Based in Rouen, Brest or Dieppe, with travel within France and Europe (mainly the Netherlands and the UK), the post is available immediately, subject to availability.
A good command of English (spoken and written) is essential
