Be able to perform complicated parts assembled by oxyacethylene and electric arc process

DURATION

4 days/ 30 hours

PROGRAM

TP1 (4 hrs):

– Recall of the oxyacethylene process

– Inside and outside angle tests

– Guillotine shear training

– Read TP2 Execution Plan

– Manufacturing process analysis

TP2 (4 hrs):

Realization of a piece ep 2 by oxyacethylene welding

TP3 (4 hrs):

– Recall of the electric arc process at the electrode

– Safety Reminder

– Making a test piece over 2 hours

TP4 (4 hrs):

– Safety reminder for use of electric wheel

– Chamfered preparation demonstration for full penetration raboutage on ep 10

– Demonstration of preparation welding

– Making the test piece over 2 hours

TP5 (4 h)

– Tube welding

– Method of repairing defective welds with or without grinding.

– Welding in (rising) position.

– Semi-automatic welding and ventilated hood

TP6 (4 hrs):

Realization of a part. With tube of diameter 42

TP7 (4 hrs):

– Reminder use of shear

– Making a part

TP8 (2h):

– Oxycutting of the test piece made of TP3 and TP4

– Observation of weld cutting

– Sizing and full penetration control
