Many of you attended the conference “When the Ocean Awakens.” ⚓

The ENSM Le Havre campus had the honor of hosting Olivier Poivre d’Arvor and Marina Levy on May 5 for a conference to present their book “When the Ocean Awakens.”

Organized in collaboration with the Polytechnic Campus for Maritime and Port Regions, the lecture addressed decarbonization, maritime transport, and the impact of pollution on the ocean. The audience had the opportunity to learn about the synergy between the merchant marine and scientific research.

“You, officers, work for science. You are ambassadors of science,” said Olivier Poivre d’Arvor.
