ENSM Held Its Executive Committee Meeting in Paris!

On Wednesday, September 9, ENSM brought together the members of its Executive Committee in Paris for its annual seminar.

The group, which had traveled from all corners of France—Le Havre, Saint-Malo, Nantes, and Marseille—gathered in Paris at the Gican offices.

Following a presentation on Gican’s activities and challenges by Timothée Moulinier, Delegate for Research and Development, Innovation, and Digital Technology, the approximately twenty directors and department heads worked in small groups on four internal themes at ENSM: skills, financial resources, work organization, and the diversification of training programs. The groups were able to identify what François Lambert, Director General of ENSM, described as “obstacles” that needed to be addressed, circumvented, or dismantled… The findings are intended to provide concrete areas of focus that will inform the next Objectives and Performance Contract for 2028–2032.

The afternoon was devoted to the “Fresque du bon gouvernement” workshop led by Julien Dossier and Guillaume Gautier. Several key priorities were identified, notably regarding the quality of training at ENSM, the development of the school’s resources, the expansion of research, the regional integration of campuses, and, finally, the expertise and skills of the internal teams. Several key issues were identified, which will complement the fruitful discussions from the morning.

The day concluded with a roundtable discussion on the professional challenges ahead in the coming months—a time for listening and sharing updates on current events at ENSM, during which kindness, perseverance, and originality were the order of the day, even earning recognition.
