ENSM at Euromaritime 2024

Euromaritime 2024

The EUROMARITIME trade show was held for the 6th time on 30, 31 January and 1 February 2024. This year was a record edition, with a 20% increase in the number of visitors 🎉

The ENSM was delighted to be represented on its stand by staff, teachers and students over the 3 days, as well as through its participation in various conferences and round tables:

▪️ François Lambert, Director General of ENSM, spoke about the prospects for the development of maritime training in France.

▪️ Colomban Monnier, President of the ENSM Foundation, also addressed the question of “How to meet the challenges of the IMO requirements of 2030 and 2050” during a workshop.

EUROMARITIME was also an opportunity for ENSM to organise a Shipowners’ Day at the show itself, in partnership with SOGENA. The School would like to thank the 11 shipowners who attended on Thursday 1 February and welcomed the 140 Multi-skilled Merchant Navy Officer students.

During the event, Thomas Capiten, President and Chairman of the “Engaged For Ocean” Committee, presented the ENSM with the environmental label, which recognises organisations committed to a sustainable maritime world.

Special mention to the third year students for the care and support they provided to the international delegations on Wednesday 31 January. 🌏

See you in 2026 for the next edition! 👋
