Blue Growth European project funded by the Erasmus+ program

Erasmus+ and ENSM – French Maritime Academy support Blue Growth

The European project Blue4Seas funded by the Erasmus+ programme establishes a strategic partnership between ENSM – French Maritime Academy and various universities and academies to support blue growth through the enhancement of maritime cooperation of higher education in the field of marine pollution and environment protection.

This project is managed at ENSM – French Maritime Academy by Caroline Pons, teacher on the Marseille campus, within the framework of our European projects.

Within this framework, students from the 5 partner academies (Mircea cel Bătrân Naval Academy, Romania, ENSM French Maritime Academy, France, Univerza V Ljubljani, Slovenia, T.C. Piri Reis Universiesi, Turkey and Lietuvos aukstoji jureivystes mokykla, Lithuania) met for a training course entitled “Engineering software in scientific research – use of the VMA System”.

This was an opportunity for the students to build a common knowledge foundation around blue growth but also to exchange opinions on their mutual training courses.
