The École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM), its Director General, François Lambert, and the Director of the ENSM site in Le Havre, Véronika Rous, are pleased to invite you to the conference ‘Energy transition in maritime transport: challenges and solutions’.
This conference will provide an overview of the energy transition in maritime transport, presenting the regulatory framework and the main levers for decarbonisation: energy efficiency, operational optimisation and new fuels (biofuels, e-fuels, hydrogen, nuclear, etc.). The technical and economic aspects of each solution will be discussed, along with an overview of the progress made by the global fleet. The session will conclude with an interactive discussion with students.
