‘General manoeuvring post’

Over the past few weeks, Francois Lambert has signed various agreements with key partners in the Le Havre area. The Le Havre pilot station, the Seine pilot station and Boluda Le Havre have long-standing ties with the ENSM. These agreements are designed to formalise these ties and have an additional essential purpose.

In particular, they should enable the School to facilitate the recruitment of temporary staff. The School is welcoming more and more students and must be able to honour its teaching commitments. Temporary staff are absolutely essential to us, complementing our permanent teaching staff. This is therefore a ‘general manoeuvring post’ and the School warmly thanks Thierry Gazengel, Jérémy Gounet and Romain Bertrand – all three former students of the School – as well as their teams for their support in this endeavour.

For several years now, these three organisations have enabled their teams to invest their time and energy for the benefit of the School. These three agreements should further strengthen this opportunity. We hope to welcome new talent from the pilotage and towage sectors as soon as possible, particularly at the Le Havre site, where they will make a concrete contribution to the growth of the School and the training of its officers. 🌊
