Etienne, a second-year student in Marseille, had a date with London International Shipping Week!

London International Shipping Week, a day of high-level seminars, meetings and exhibitions, brings together country delegations, politicians and industry experts to explore maritime innovation, investment opportunities and key global challenges.

Here is a look back at the ENSM delegation that attended the event, composed of François Lambert, Director General of ENSM, Jean-Baptiste Salaun, lecturer at the ENSM site in Marseille, Christophe Marcillaud, Deputy Site Director at the ENSM site in Saint-Malo, Nicolas Quentin, lecturer at the ENSM site in Saint-Malo, and Etienne Duboudin Reboux, second-year multi-skilled officer student at the ENSM site in Marseille.

“I was lucky enough to attend London Shipping Week as a member of the ENSM delegation.

It was a pleasure to attend a conference on the real added value of charities in the shipping industry, as well as to participate in the French Event, which brought together more than 200 international RIF partners at the residence of the French Ambassador in London.

We also had the opportunity to visit the IMO headquarters, guided by a member of the French permanent delegation. Outside of the conferences and events, we were able to visit London in the famous London rain, and I have very fond memories of it!

I would like to warmly thank the ENSM team for allowing me to be part of the delegation.”
