CHIEF PORT MECHANIC, DIEPPE
Reporting to the Captain, you are the Head of the Engine Department and are responsible for ensuring the immediate availability, as well as the preventive and corrective maintenance, of the engine and other ship’s machinery. You are in charge of the on-board CMMS and the winch during operations.
Your main responsibilities:
You are responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the engine and other ship’s machinery.
You will work in collaboration with the ship’s superintendents.
You will help to develop, monitor and maintain a stock of necessary, sensitive and critical parts on board.
You will be responsible for the use of deck equipment (cranes, winches, etc.)

Your qualifications and certificates:
Chief Engineer’s Certificate (minimum 3000 kW)
STCW certificates (CFBS, CAEERS, CQALI)
Start date: As soon as possible
