TSM Windcat is seeking a captain to join its CTV fleet.

Above all, we are looking for motivated candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of projecting a professional and positive image of our company to our customers on board.

Our ship captains have a wide range of skills and responsibilities. In addition to commanding the vessel, they monitor and implement the company’s policies and procedures. They conduct drills and safety checks, ensure documentation is up to date, and liaise with the shipowner.

In addition to commanding the vessel, our captains are expected to demonstrate a proactive safety culture and to manage their vessels in accordance with established management programmes. They must also liaise with the shipping company and customers.

500-GMT Captain’s Certificate
ECDIS
Relevant experience in the role.
Professionalism and a service-oriented attitude
Team spirit and the ability to work independently
Availability
Excellent verbal and written English skills
