Three French Maritime Academy students at the Nautic Paddle Race 2022
3 students from the Merchant Navy Officer program at the ENSM participate in the largest paddle race in the world: the Nautic Paddle Race, on the Seine, in the center of Paris. This event was organized on the 3rd and 4th of December for the opening of the Paris Salon Nautic Show.
Tom Auber, Erwan Aragan and Nils Fablet, will be among 1 000 participants gathered for this race. Two parts in this event: the professional category with the best rowers in the world. Tom, sponsored by Fanatic sup, will participate in this category. Nils and Erwan are registered in the semi-professional and amateur category.
A 12th edition of the Nautic Paddle Race in an incredible setting for a unique event
Departure will be given on Saturday, at dawn, by the National French Library (Paris 13th) for an arrival on the quai de Javel Bas (Paris 15th). Semi-professionals / amateurs will have to cover 11 km on their paddles while professionals will complete 14 km, with a full tour of the islands of the City and Saint-Louis.
