About Plastic Odyssey:
The Plastic Odyssey is a 40-metre research vessel and global ambassador for the fight against plastic pollution at source. After three years of expeditions, it is entering a new phase of missions and awareness-raising.

Currently on a mission in the Indian Ocean, the ship is conducting measurement and reconnaissance operations on deserted islands that are set to be restored in the coming years. Thanks to a partnership with UNESCO, it is preparing to launch an unprecedented cycle of clean-up and research missions at 25 of the world’s most threatened sites.

Roadmap:

– Crossing to South Africa

– Traveling up the West African coast with stops in Senegal and Cape Verde for awareness-raising activities

– From April 2026: tour of ten French ports to share the discoveries and solutions gathered during the expedition

Join the adventure!

Be part of the conclusion of the Plastic Odyssey global expedition and the start of a new, even more ambitious chapter dedicated to research and action to restore our oceans.
