Welcome to the new faculty members at ENSM!

ENSM organized an orientation week at its Le Havre campus for faculty members from all four campuses. Here’s what the event organizers, Frédéric Dupont, Educational Engineer, and Mathilde Assenat, Assistant Educational Engineer, had to say.

“From August 24 to 28, we had the pleasure of welcoming 11 new faculty members from all four campuses to Le Havre for an orientation seminar and training on the institution’s tools and methods.

This seminar, organized by the Educational Support Team, provided the new faculty members with a full “ENSM” immersion experience.

After being welcomed by the Director General and the Director General of Services, our new colleagues had the opportunity to meet representatives from the various departments and familiarize themselves with key topics: international affairs, finance, STCW, occupational health, quality, academic affairs, VEGA, Navirothèque, day-to-day teaching, digital tools, and more…

The seminar also provided an opportunity to explore our city, with a brief tour of the historic center and a stroll along the waterfront.”
