The École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM) is pleased to announce the lecture “Who governs the seas? The geopolitics of the law of the sea” by Olivier Lasmoles, Professor of Maritime Law and Management Sciences at SKEMA Business School. His research focuses on hybrid maritime governance, maritime cybersecurity, blockchain technology applied to maritime trade, and emerging risks.
His book *Le droit pénal fait son cinéma* (LexisNexis, 2022) was awarded the 2023 Olivier Debouzy Prize.
