Job Offer: Pontoon Attendant – Motor Yacht Marina, Ajaccio

Description:
Our renowned marina located in Ajaccio welcomes motor yachts and provides top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Pontoon Attendant to join our dedicated team.

Location:
Ajaccio, Corsica

Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and efficient mooring of motor yachts upon arrival and departure.
• Manage pontoon organization to maximize space utilization and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Perform regular maintenance of pontoons, gangways, and related equipment to ensure proper functioning and impeccable appearance.
• Assist clients in their docking and departure maneuvers, providing professional and courteous service.
• Coordinate with the marina management team to plan yacht reception operations and respond to clients’ special requests.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards at all times on the pontoons.
• Perform exterior washing of yachts to maintain their impeccable appearance, using appropriate techniques and products.
• Ensure proper management and use of washing equipment and necessary supplies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a pontoon attendant in a marina or similar environment.
• Good knowledge of motor yachts, their mooring systems, and marina equipment.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to proactively solve problems.
• Boat license, sailor’s diploma, and knowledge of current maritime regulations.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed by the marina.
