– Introduction to national and international security regulations. ISPS Code
– Role and responsibility of the different partners
– Prevention of unlawful acts (weapons, substances, dangerous devices) ; techniques for searching persons
– Ship protection, monitoring of the different accesses, loading and procurement
– Equipment dedicated to the protection of ship and people
– Protecting communications
– Emergency situations, risk assessment methods for security, threat and vulnerability
– Security plan and procedures for internal audits, inspections, ongoing monitoring and surveillance of security activities as specified in the security plan
– Training and onboard drills
