French Maritime Academy’s 2019 Competitive entrance exam : last week to register

High school pupils in their final year wishing to become merchant navy officers must register to the French Maritime Academy’s competitive entrance exam before the end of the month on

  • Engineer-level seafarer course, dual-purpose 1st class merchant navy officer

You will graduate with a merchant navy higher studies diploma (DESMM) and an ENSM engineer-level title (CTI)

The competitive entrance exam will take place on 13 and 14 May 2019 in Paris,
Le Havre, Saint-Malo, Nantes, Marseille, Bordeaux and the overseas territories

– The holders of a degree in science or two years in a preparatory school to the « Grandes Ecoles » can register to the admission on records on before the end of March

  • Engine watchkeeping officer (OCQM)/Chief Engineer (CM) 8000 kW course

The competitive entrance exam for the OCQM/CM 8000 kW course will take place on 15 and 16 May 2019 in Le Havre, Saint-Malo, Nantes, Marseille and the overseas territories. Registrations before the end of March 2019 on
