Louis Moutard-Martin, a former student of the ENSM, has recently been appointed second captain of the Saint-Pierre and Miquelon ferries.
Louis followed the course of study of Bridge Watch Officer / Captain 3000 (OCQPI) in three years, on the ENSM Le Havre site.
