Basic training and qualifications for liquefied gas tanker cargo operations

OBJECTIVES

– Ability to safely perform and monitor all cargo operations
– Knowledge and familiarity with physical and chemical properties of cargo
– Take precautions to prevent hazards
– Take precautions for health and safety at work
– Respond to emergencies
– Take precautions to prevent pollution of the environment
– Monitor and control compliance with legislative requirements

DURATION

36 hours / 5 days

6 hours minimum for simulator training
